No. We never ask churches to change their theology. We help you shift your posture — how you welcome, speak, and walk with LGBT+ people and their families — within your biblical convictions.
Who should come from our church?
Three leaders are included, and we strongly encourage you to use all three seats. The pastors who get the most from this bring the people who'll be in the room when the hard questions come. Bring as many leaders as you can.
What happens after I register?
You'll get a confirmation from Eventbrite right away, with your Zoom link and everything you need. We'll send reminders before each Thursday session.
Is this a debate about theology?
No. This is practical equipping: language, posture, and leadership. Thirty minutes of content, thirty minutes of conversation with pastors facing the same questions.
Can I connect with posture shift and other pastors after the 3 week event?
